• Room 2 - Structuring Your Team: Restructuring for the AI Era - AI isn’t just changing how work gets done, it’s changing who you need to do it. We’ll dig into the organizational questions every leadership team is facing: Which roles look different (or disappear) as AI absorbs the work? Where are firms slowing hiring and scaling with technology instead of headcount? What new roles and skills are emerging? How can you rethink career paths when the entry-level work that trained your future leaders is increasingly automated?
